Set of 4 Size 56 Double-Cut® Reversible Meat mincer Plate, 1/8" (3,5mm) Holes. The Double-Cut® plate is reversible and made to be used up and thrown away. Ideal for heavy-duty, high volume grinding. Great for enterprise-style mincers. High strength reversible stainless tool steel plate is a thinner plate design for cooler cutting, resulting in great-looking product. The 1/8" size is a fine grind, and is the most common size for your typical hamburger meat.
