Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, this policy explains how returns and refunds work when buying from Atlantic Service Co. (UK) Ltd online.

1. Your Right to Return (14-Day Return Window)

If you change your mind about a product, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.

To qualify for a return:

  • No signs of use
  • Clean and in original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

Including protective covers, labels, security seals, and accessories.

You must contact us before returning an item

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, hygiene, or custom production reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Used items
  • Custom-made or specially manufactured goods
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at purchase)
  • Items showing signs of installation, damage, or wear

If an item is not eligible for return, we will inform you at the time of your request.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days to request a return.
  2. We will confirm approval and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Return the item within 14 days of receiving our confirmation.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for:

  • The cost of return shipping
  • Ensuring the item arrives safely back to us

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  • We will arrange:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund, and
    • Return postage (if applicable)

We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty goods.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect

We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
