Set of 4 Size 22 PM Hubbed Meat mincer Plate, 3/8" (9,0mm) Holes. The Double-Cut® plate is reversible and made to be used up and thrown away. Ideal for heavy-duty, high volume grinding. Great for enterprise-style mincers. High strength reversible stainless tool steel plate is a thinner plate design for cooler cutting, resulting in great-looking product. The 3/8" size holes produce a medium grind, in the range used for hamburger and sausage.
