Set of 4 Size 32 PM Hubbed Meat mincer Plate, 1/2" (12,5mm) Holes. The Double-Cut® plate is reversible and made to be used up and thrown away. Ideal for heavy-duty, high volume grinding. Great for enterprise-style mincers. High strength reversible stainless tool steel plate is a thinner plate design for cooler cutting, resulting in great-looking product. The 1/2" size holes produce a chunky grind, in the range used for chilis and beef stews.
